These Terms govern your use of beck.technology and purchases of products offered there, including Client Intake Autopilot (the “Services”), provided by Beck LLC (“Beck,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.

The Services
Beck Technology product pages describe fixed-scope digital products and related setup. Consulting services (if any) are offered separately (for example via larrybeck.net) and are not covered by a product purchase unless expressly stated in writing.
Client Intake Autopilot
Unless a written order says otherwise, Client Intake Autopilot is a one-time, fixed-scope deliverable typically including a branded intake/booking page (or calendar configuration), form-to-inbox wiring, confirmation reply guidance, and an owner handoff. Scope exclusions in the offer materials (for example ongoing receptionist labor, custom CRM builds, or hands-on M365/Entra tenant administration) apply.
Orders and payment
Prices are as listed at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate purchase and delivery information. We may refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected or if we cannot deliver the stated scope.
Delivery and your responsibilities
Delivery depends on timely responses from you (branding, access choices, calendar preferences, and approvals). You are responsible for accounts you control (domain, hosting, form tools, calendar, inbox) after handoff, and for complying with laws that apply to your lead collection and marketing.
Demo / sample forms
Sample intake forms on this site are demonstrations only and do not create a live client intake for your business until a paid delivery is completed.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and our templates remain ours except for deliverables we assign or license to you as part of a paid product. You may not copy or resell our product templates as a competing product offering.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site (scraping that harms the service, attempts to break security, illegal content, or spam). We may suspend access for abuse.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES AND SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, inbox placement, or any particular lead volume.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BECK LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO A PRODUCT PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT PRODUCT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Refunds
Because deliverables are custom digital work, refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact hello@beck.technology if there is a delivery problem; we will work in good faith to complete the stated scope.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes will be in courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
