  • Contact details you send us (name, email, phone, message content) via email or forms.
  • Purchase information when you buy through Stripe (we receive payment confirmation and related business details; card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by us).
  • Delivery details you provide so we can build and hand off your intake setup (business name, branding, hours, calendar links, inbox preferences, etc.).
  • Technical data typical of website hosting (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL) via our host (Cloudflare) and similar providers.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and provide support.
  • Process orders, deliver Client Intake Autopilot, and communicate about fulfillment.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our websites and Services.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us run the Services, such as:

  • Stripe — payments
  • Cloudflare — hosting / CDN / DNS
  • Proton — email
  • Other contractors only as needed to deliver what you bought

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Client intake pages we build for you

When we deliver an intake page for your business, lead data submitted on your live form typically goes to the inbox or form tool you designate. That lead data is yours to manage under your own policies. We may temporarily access delivery systems during setup and testing.

Cookies and analytics

Our sites may use essential cookies and hosting logs. We do not run heavy advertising trackers on these pages by default. Cloudflare may process requests as part of delivering the site.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including order records, support history, and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify when no longer needed.

Your choices

Email hello@beck.technology to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of non-essential marketing email (transactional/order mail may still be sent).

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

International visitors

We operate from the United States. If you access the Services from elsewhere, you understand information may be processed in the U.S.

Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
